We are pleased to announce that Chip Kohn joined AV Logistics and C&K Trucking sales force on January 20th, 2014. Chip received an Honorable discharge from the United States Navy early in his career and transitioned into the Maritime industry working for Carolina Shipping and Crowley American Transport in various positions and later served as the Terminal Manager for Quaker Transport out of Charleston, SC where he was responsible for Terminal operations, driver recruitment and all other aspects of running a container drayage operation.
Chip has spent his last 16 years with MOL America last serving as the Sales Manager for the Central Region. Chip has extensive knowledge of the international shipping and drayage industry and is very well connected to the Beneficial Cargo Owners of both the import and export industry.
We feel extremely lucky to have Chip join our team.
